About GARETH PREW

I'm Gareth Prew. I am photographic artist.

I became interested in photography at around the same time I was diagnosed with depression (18 years old). I first used photography as a tool to keep my depression to a minimum. I became ill with chest problems and had to stop working as a chef, but decided to persue my passion in photography.

So here I am several years later in university studying something I am passionate about and really interests me.

My work is very varied, from landscapes to abstract art photography. My style is still developing and is now starting to include more video and performance based work.

So there is a little about me and the photographic work I do.
